A China Campaign Medal, 1900-1901, Silver Grade certificate_of_authenticity marked "RZM" and maker markedIn darkly toned silver, measuring 28 mm, original ribbon, light contact, extremely fine. Footnote: The medal was instituted on May 6, 1901 during the reign of Tsar Nicholas II and was created to commemorate the 1900 1901campaign that took Russian forces into China. The silver medal was awarded to all ranks of military personnel or to civilians, who had taken active part in the campaign. The bronze medal was presented to those who had not taken active
